 GCRG Conducted Training Program on Communication skills and  Grooming  January 30th  2013

GCRG Memorial Trust Group of Institutions organized one day training program for the students of engineering & management at its Lucknow Campus. It was targeted to sharpen the employable skills like communication & grooming.  The program was conducted by OYSTER – SKILLS EMBELLISHED a corporate training company from Mumbai.

Leading trainers Ms. Pooja Krishnan and Ms. Suzzaina Chaves from Mumbai provided valuable inputs and practical methodology to the students to enhance the employability quotient. Pooja and Suzzaina have vast training experience of doing training program for high level managers, doctors, operational managers and students.

Students learnt cross-cultural behaviour, techniques for powerful first impression and goal setting process, with a lot of fun & frolic activities. A whole day seminar was filled with energy and enthusiasm.

Mohit Gupta a management graduate said “The best part of the session is that we learn serious cross-cultural behaviour in a very effective and lighter mood. It was actually learning with fun”. Where as Poonam Yadav an engineering graduate added   “Grooming is now a days the most important thing even for the engineering students. We thank GCRG for providing such a useful and pin-pointed session for us.”

“It is the need of the hour, because ultimately our students must be employable and welcomed by the market” says Mr. Abhishek Yaday Chairman of GCRG –Group.

The program was headed by the Director of the institution Prof A.N. Singh  and co-ordinated by Dr. Ravish Singh Rajput Dean Academics and Mr. Pratyush Srivastava Director- Training & Placements.
